When will I receive my gift card?
Digital gift cards are usually delivered within 15 minutes, and physical gift cards within 2-3 business days. Refer to a specific gift card’s description for any exceptions or other terms.
What are your business hours?
Orders are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Delivery times for digital gift cards should be the same no matter the time.
We respond to support requests within 1-3 business days, depending on the complexity of the request.
Where is my gift card?
Digital Gift Cards: should be delivered to your email inbox within 15 minutes. Please make sure to check your Promotions, Spam, Junk, and other folders. If you received a request to verify your phone number, your gift card will not be delivered until you complete that verification.
Physical Gift Cards: should be delivered to you by mail within 2-3 business days.

How many gift cards can I purchase?
We currently only allow one gift card per order. Please do not attempt to get around this restriction by placing multiple orders in a row; the system may classify that behavior as suspicious and begin to reject your orders.
If you’d like to purchase a large gift card amount, some gift card brands have larger denominations for physical gift cards.
Why was my order canceled?
We are required to have strict security measures in place to prevent fraud. Unfortunately this can impact genuine customers.
It is possible that there is a simple fix. Make sure that your PayPal information is up to date and that you are not using a VPN.
How do I use my gift card?
Most gift cards can be redeemed online, by phone, or in-person. Refer to a specific gift card’s description for any exceptions or other terms.
Can I get a refund?
We can refund your order if your gift card has not been sent yet. Otherwise, we are unable to offer refunds. Please contact us with any specific questions.
Does my gift card ever expire?
Gift cards never expire. However, we do not recommend waiting long to redeem your gift card. If it is lost or stolen, we may not be able to recover it for you.
I want to buy a gift card that you don't have. Can you get it?
Please submit a retailer request form to let us know about a brand that you’d like us to offer. We’ll do our best to add that brand to our catalog.
I'm not in the United States. Can I buy a gift card?
At this time, we only accept orders from within the United States.
