For your convenience, we process orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
When will I receive my gift card?
You can expect to receive your gift card right after completing checkout. Head on over to your email inbox and click refresh.
In some cases, you may receive a request to verify your phone number. Just respond to that request and your gift card will be sent.
Where is my gift card?
Please make sure to check your Promotions, Spam, Junk, and any other folders. If you received a request to verify your phone number, your gift card will not be delivered until you complete that verification.

Why was my order canceled?
We are required to have strict security measures in place to prevent fraud. Unfortunately this can impact genuine customers. Make sure that your PayPal information is up to date and that you are not using a VPN.
How do I use my gift card?
Most gift cards can be redeemed online, by phone, or in-person. Refer to a specific gift card’s description for any exceptions or other terms.
Can I get a refund?
We can refund your order if your gift card has not been sent yet. Otherwise, we are unable to offer refunds. Please contact us with any specific questions.
Does my gift card ever expire?
Gift cards never expire.
However, we do not recommend waiting to redeem your gift card. If it is lost or stolen, we may not be able to recover it for you.
I want to buy a gift card that you don't have. Can you get it?
Please submit a retailer request form to let us know about a brand that you’d like us to offer. We’ll do our best to add that brand to our catalog.
I'm not in the United States. Can I buy a gift card?
At this time, we only accept orders from within the United States.
